3. Titles and Designations

- Financial Security Advisor (Conseiller en sécurité financière): authorized by the AMF to distribute life and health insurance products

4. Compensation Disclosure
We are committed to transparency about how we are compensated. Our advisors may receive compensation through the following means:
- Commissions: paid by insurance companies or investment product manufacturers when products are placed on your behalf
- Trailer fees / service fees: ongoing compensation related to investment products held in your account
- Bonuses and incentives: from product manufacturers based on business volume, which may create a conflict of interest (see Section 5)
- Fee-for-service: in certain cases, we may charge fees directly for financial planning services
Specific compensation information related to products recommended to you will be disclosed at the point of sale, in accordance with AMF requirements.
5. Conflicts of Interest
We are committed to identifying, disclosing and managing conflicts of interest in your best interest. Potential conflicts of interest include:
- Product compensation: we may receive different levels of compensation for different products, which could influence recommendations — we manage this by always recommending products suited to your needs first
- Volume incentives: some product manufacturers offer bonuses based on sales volume, which we disclose to you when relevant
- Related party transactions: we will disclose any situation where a recommended product benefits a related party
When a conflict of interest arises, we will inform you and obtain your consent before proceeding. Our advisors are required to prioritize your interests above their own compensation at all times.
6. Know Your Client (KYC) and Suitability
Before making any recommendations, our advisors collect information about your financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon. This information is used to ensure that all recommendations are suitable for your specific circumstances.
